2/1 RNZIR training with SARINZ

In April 2007 SARINZ ran a six day training block for members of 2/1 RNZIR. The six days were the standard 2 day TCA course, 2 day Search Methods course and a 2 day Tracking - Sign Cutting and Ageing course. The aim of the training was to teach SAR skills and knowledge to personnel that may become involved in SAR operations - thereby increasing the interoperability of 2/1 RNZIR with systems and terminology utlised by NZLSAR and NZ Police in SAR operations.
