Search and Rescue Institute New Zealand

SARINZ is New Zealand's international training centre of search and rescue (SAR) excellence.

Its sole purpose is to support search and rescue in its efforts to save lives in back country, rural, urban, coastal or workplace environs.

SARINZ has a unique business model of providing onsite skills based training and consulting to the NZ Police, LandSAR, DOC, Antarctic SAR Agencies (NZ, AU, USA), schools and individuals committed to search and rescue.

SARINZ has charitable status which requires all profit to be reinvested into SAR in New Zealand entirely consistent with our motto of helping others save lives.
